The Corrosion Resistivities of Cu-Base and Ni-Base Alloys Against Concentrated Hydrochloric Acid Containing Cuprous Chloride

Hikozô Endô and Saburô Isihara

Abstract:

The corrosion resistivities of Cu-base and Ni-base alloys against 20 per cent hydrochloric acid contaiuing 5 per cent of cuprous chloride at 70°C were investigated. Cu-Al alloys were rather better than Ni-Mo base alloys.
