In the above paper, mistakes on Fig.4 were discovered after publication.
Corrected Fig.4 is as follows:
Figure 4: The correct results become as follows. The corrected W-concentration profiles are for the sample with average W concentration of 12.9 and 6.9 at% and with the horizontal scale from 0 to 2300 µn;. The W-concentration profiles in the published paper were for the sample with average W concentration of 16.5 and 11.3 at% and with the horizontal scale from 0 to 20 µn;.
The description of Fig. 4 in the text is also corrected as follows:
pp.1487, lines 12–14: ``The sample with average W concentration of 6.9 at% in Fig.3(b) was electroformed at the current density of 0.05 A/cm2, with the W ratio in the bath 0.075.'' is revised to ``The sample with average W concentration of 6.9 at% in Fig. 4 was electroformed at the current density of 0.05 A/cm2, with the W ratio in the bath 0.075.''
